Direction Trafficators - Rear

  • Remove rear number plate bracket.
  • Support and remove tail lamp housing (a) from the frame (b).

Trafficators Dismantling

  • Loosen and remove hex nut (M12) (a) along with washer (b) to remove rear trafficator (c).

Trafficators Dismantling

Trafficator bulb - Front

  • Loosen and remove screw along with washer (a) from front trafficator lens RH.

Trafficators Dismantling

  • Remove lens (a) along with bulb assembly.

Trafficators Dismantling

  • Remove grommet (a) from lens assembly (b).

Trafficators Dismantling

  • Disconnect ground connection (a) from holder assembly pin.

Trafficators Dismantling

  • Disconnect positive (+) connection (a) from trafficator holder pin (b).

Trafficators Dismantling

  • Press and release both locks (a) from holder assembly (b).

Trafficators Dismantling

  • Remove holder (a) along with bulb from lens (b).

Trafficators Dismantling

  • Remove bulb (a) from holder (b).

Trafficators Dismantling

  • To remove the trafficator assembly from headlamp assembly.

    Headlamp Reflector from Housing NOTE Ensure ignition switch and stop switch in off condition CAUTION Support the Headlamp assembly carefully. Loosen and remove Phillips screw (a) on headlamp. Gently remove front rim (a) along with reflector (b) from housing (c).

    Battery Terminals Remove the following parts: Side panel RH. Rider seat. Side panel LH. Ensure Ignition and stop switch are in OFF position before disconnecting battery cables. Refer general information for battery connection and disconnection procedure.
